Terms

The Creative Season: The three-month program must be completed within one calendar year of sign-up. The schedule is structured for maximum effect, and it is best to experience it in the recommended timeline. The first one-on-one session initiates the three month program, and pending scheduling/availability, you may request a two-week grace period if unable to complete your sessions in the recommended time. This program does not include art materials, supplies, or direct feedback on your work (such as manuscript review).

The GYST Club: Due to the collaborative and time-sensitive nature of this program, missed sessions cannot be made up or refunded. One month = 4 sessions.

Cancellations, Missed Sessions, Late Starts (Creative Season, 1:1): If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please do so with ample notice (at least 24 hours) or your session will be forfeited. Missed sessions without notice will not be refunded. If a client starts a session late, the missed time may be forfeited. Any session without the client’s appearance or communication within 10 minutes of session start will be considered a missed session. Late starts cannot be accommodated with extended session time.

Payment: All fees must be paid in full at time of sign-up unless arranged otherwise through a Pay What You Can agreement.
